Sometimes, in times of great stress or trauma, part of our soul can leave our body. This is a form of protection, to protect us from feeling to much pain at ones. However it is important for us to have all our soul with us to be able to feel whole and complete in life. If not we can become sick, depressed or develop ptsd. The hummingbirds are used in some shamanic traditions to help bring lost soul parts back to our bodies, as they can travel lightly between realms. If you want you can always ask them to assist you. You can ask your soul gently to come back. Ask what it needs to feel safe, seen and heard. You can explain that you will always listen to it and take care of it. This way you can heal yourself. Remember you are always whole.
