Refund policy

I am accepting returns and exchanges for orders within Europe within 21 days of delivery, the buyer are then responsible for the return shipping cost.

But please always try to be as sure as possible before making an order, as returns and exchanges are both costly and take time.

Unfortunately, I can't accept returns or exchanges on custom-made jewelry, jewelry on sale, or on earrings and piercings for hygiene reasons. But please always contact me if there is any problem.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any additional taxes that may apply if you are ordering from outside Europe and i am not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services. If you are ordering from outside Europe, please keep in mind that packages sometimes can get on hold in customs and can in this case take a few weeks longer to arrive, depending on your location, the time for this can vary. 

If you are ordering from the US, orders will be send with Delivered Duty Paid shipping (DDP), and there will be no additional costs when your order arrives.

I send all my jewelry with insured and trackable shipping.
